Configure Horde
You might need to carry out certain steps in your webmail application, so that you can view those folders which contain archived or Apache SpamAssassin-filtered mail.
The archived and Apache SpamAssassin folders are automatically loaded by the Horde webmail interface. You need to click Refresh for viewing any folders that have been added recently.
Follow the below-mentioned steps for refreshing the mail folder list in the Horde interface.
Navigate to the top of the Horde interface
Click Mail
Select Folder Actions from the menu on the left
Click Show All Mailboxes
Click Rebuild Folder List
Now, the left menu will refresh, and all the folders that have been detected will appear. At this stage, if the desired folder/folders are not visible, you should contact your system administrator.
Configure Roundcube
You need to carry out the following steps for subscribing or unsubscribing to folders in the Roundcube interface.
Click Settings that you see in the top right corner of the Roundcube interface.
Select Folders in the left menu. You will find a list of available folders.
Select or deselect the checkboxes corresponding to the folders, which you wish to hide or view in the Roundcube interface. You must carry out these actions for each folder, which you want to view in Roundcube.
Click Mail in the top right corner in order to return to the Inbox. Now, the left menu will refresh and all the selected folders will be visible.
